Coffee was nice

Such a little gem in the Penrith Westfield! I went in only thinking I would order a coffee, but they had a vegan big brekkie on the menu and it was one of the best I’ve had. The staff were also super friendly, greeting me cheerfully. Delicious coffee as well. My breakfast was a little expensive, but I still think it was worth it as every element on the plate was perfect <3

Great coffee and friendly staff!

Dropped in to have lunch with my mum. From when we walked in the staff were very attentive. Oh, and the food, the one thing that we actually went for, the food was delicious, mum had the crispy chicken burger and said it was the best chicken burger she has ever had, I had a bacon and egg roll that was made to perfection. We will definitely be going there again and if anyone was to ask me a good place to stop and eat, I'll be telling them about JACK LITTLE.

FOUND HAIR IN MY FOOD! Absolutely disappointed. I didn’t even want to eat here to begin with but my sister convinced me to give them a second chance after the first time I went had had eggshell in my breakfast! One of our dishes came out with a big black hair on it. I sent the dish back and had it remade. And no compensation offered. Nowhere to even leave feedback in the store... I’ll never eat here again.

I just removed two stars. I sat at an outside table and waited patiently for service, for 15 minutes. I usually enjoy good coffee and service here, but this is the second time it's happened in the past month. Very disappointing.

I have visited this Cafe off and on for couple of years. Always like their coffee and cakes. Recently been visiting more frequently, LOVEd the churros French toast. What an amazing fusion. And have also had the grilled chicken burger twice, great serving size, crispy chips, delicious of course. Their staff is always friendly and helpful-made an extra effort to clarify dietary request that I had.

Always impressed with the food and coffee. I had the best vegan bowl and sweet potato fries I've ever tasted. The service is always great, the staff and friendly and welcoming

My favourite café in Penrith Plaza. Their food is good quality, their hot chocolates are tasty, and they have great customer service.
