Great place to hangout
This venue is very adaptable. As the main party venue for dark mofo a lot people people went in to enjoy themselves. Split level and food available. Walk/wheel in off the street at one level or the other, with stairs joining the two. Plenty of room to dance or perform.
Great spot with a great location! Turns into a fun club at night (at least it did for Dark Mofo)! If it’s cold out, make sure to wear warm clothes though as there aren’t many outdoor heaters and when it’s 3 degrees, you don’t want it to ruin your night if not dressed properly. Definitely check out if in Hobart!
Excellent secluded open-air but covered upmarket food court/beer garden supported by several pop-up businesses. Excellent atmosphere amongst the lovely garden hidden away in the CBD and plenty of seating for dining, relaxing or chilling out by the open fire. No congestion problems noted (lunchtime) although at night bookings may be required. On-trend but not obnoxiously hipster. Food is great quality and variety through standalone shops and reasonably priced. A very large variety of beverages, a little exy but not outrageous depending on your choice. All-day cocktails may be lethal to the wallet! Service is very friendly, professional and efficient. Covid-safe management is visible and effective. Very high standard of presentation and cleanliness. Highly recommended as one the best-kept secrets of Hobart. Don't tell everyone! *wink*
Nice outdoor pub with fun environment!! Had heaps of fun and loved food and drinks there! Must go go place if you like night life!
Super cool bar with plenty to see & do. The hanging plants look amazing and the drinks were great!
Beautiful. Well laid out. A little dependant on good weather but otherwise lovely venue.
great place day or night to catch up with family and friends for a drink and some food
What a hidden gem!! Only stumbled across this after being in the Waffle Cafe and peeked up the alleyway next door. What a fabulous use of dead space- astroturf and amazing plants. Food vans, drinks, live music.
During our trip to Hobart, randomly ended up here during Triple J Hottest 100. Weather was perfect, food and drinks were lovely, music was playing, and we were very happy. Really nice spot to sit on a nice summers day.
