Immerse Winery was the perfect place to hold our dream wedding! We couldn't have asked for a better experience - the scenery, food, wine, service and support were all outstanding. No request was too much for Carolyn, Katie and the amazing team, and they executed everything so perfectly. Our guests couldn't stop talking about our special day. Thank you again!

Immerse Winery made our wedding day so special. The staff ensured we had a stress free and enjoyable day. Everything was taken care of on the day and was absolutely beautiful. The support of the wedding team in the lead up was exceptional. The wedding team were available to answer our questions. The food was beautiful and the wine was stunning. Excellent all in one wedding venue - chapel, reception and accommodation! All food was delicious and plenty to go around. Great selection of house wines. Staff very accommodating, would love to attend another event here.

Had a wonderful time here. The winery is in a gorgeous part of the Yarra Valley. The restaurant and cellar door are fantastic. The staff really looked after us.

We're really grateful to the Immerse team for all their help and kindness through all the postponements and uncertainty during the pandemic. They were kind enough to let us have a tiny wedding ceremony when that was all the restrictions allowed and then our full celebration at a later date and both were such beautiful days!

I had the pleasure of attending Immerse for lunch on Sunday, and can honestly say that it was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in. We arrived and were greeted in a friendly, but professional manner. The way in which we were escorted to our table was 5 star service. We felt valued by the wait staff who were very attentive to our needs throughout our whole lunch. Now to the food, in a word: mouth-watering! The dishes were exceptionally cooked and presented. Combined with a fine bottle of Immerse Shiraz, it was a gastronomic melody of deliciousness! Do yourself a favour and plan your next outing here, you will not be disappointed! I had a lovely time at Immerse last month with my friend. I enjoyed it so much that I'm going again this weekend and taking hubby, our daughters and their partners. The food was fantastic, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the setting and gardens were great too. I couldn't fault our time there.....and the wine was pretty good too :)

Our birthday voucher from January 2020 was redeemed this weekend! I had looked forward to this experience since being gifted this wine-tasting 2 course lunch for two people. From the moment we walked into this popular winery restaurant until we left, we were treated like good friends. The staff appear to be having as good a time as anyone relaxing at their table, glass in hand! Really enjoyed all the food delivered, perfectly complimented by their wines. We took home 6 bottles.

What a stunning place. So looking forward to our sons wedding here.
