Helpful staff at the self-serve section, amazingly patient staff at returns, friendly staff at the eatery. Noting here, I only wanted a couple of bottles of drink at the eatery before zooming through the rest of the store for items, Zoe and Jo - thank you for your assistance. SO greatly appreciated.

A pleasant place to do retail therapy, and the food is good and affordable. Social distancing is observed at restaurant. Items clearly labelled. However, seemed to lack staff on the floor for some simple Q and A. Also it would be good if a short cut to the exit is clearly directed, if you are in the shop for only 1 or 2 simple items.

IKEA Restaurant was lovely and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Very cheap meals and you could have a cooked breakfast for $4.00. They also had cakes, pastries and wraps if you want something lighter

Let me tell you about my experience ,I bought this wire baskets (2in green colour ) was $17,99 then I decided that I need one more weeks later ,I was happy that was $14,99 this time I bought one more ,then today we went something else but I see the baskets are actually cheaper again so I got an orange colour the signs above the baskets was $9,99 wow I said to my husband that's cheap ,when we got to the counter the product scans 14,99 and I said us in special and he said is only the red colour and I said but is the same product and dint specific said only red colour ,the spacial sign said $9,99 for wire baskets so I pay 14,99 that's not cool for just a colour explanation not happy 😟😟😟😟

Absolute nightmare to navigate through! Too many people. I definitely prefer to click and collect from this store. It's much easier and quicker.

Please get rid of that ear-splitting din on hold. We aren't all stone deaf, one tenth the volume would be more than adequate. Also need a way to contact a real person without the lengthy hold. I have better things to do with my time than waste it waiting to be attended to. 30 minutes is totally unacceptable.

Where you buy all your home stuff like furniture, lights, beds, chairs, tables, outdoor stuff, kitchen stuff and many more things in reasonable rate. Most of the time stock will be available but if it's on special price then you have to get it ASAP otherwise it will be finished on next day. You can also plan your house or bed room or kitchen as they have samples available. Good luck
