Celebrated a birthday here and we all had a brilliant night. Staff were very helpful catering to dietary requirements and giving advice on drinks etc. Games were a lot of fun for everyone and food was delicious. Good for large groups and celebrations

Food is ok, more about the entertainment. Great for big groups and the end of the day of a team building activity. We opted for the $60 set menu and while it didn't disappoint, we enjoyed the atmosphere.

We had such a great time. Family of 6 with kids ages being 14,12,11 and 7. The chef was funny and entertaining and the kids kept saying ‘can we come back again’. Food was fresh and tasty. Highly recommend!

DO NOT RECOMMEND this place! I made a booking prior for 8.30pm, I waited 1h and 30 min before a chef was free to start cooking... (I see this is a recurring issue as previous reviews by customers!) I understand that restaurants can get busy but this was beyond a joke. If you cannot make sure your customer are satisfied do NOT book them simply say “we are fully booked”. Then I would have made sure to find an other restaurant. Needless to say the management/manager was unapologetic and I had to argue with her about the issue. Also the price that you pay for the banquet is expensive for the tiny portion you get. And.... The place is very dirty.

Booked a dinner last night at 8pm for my girlfriend and I. Upon entering their premises I was told that something has happened to the chef and that it will be more than 1 hour wait. When I questioned the staff member as to why I wasn't called prior to save me the drive all the way to the city, she was apologetic and had no answer. Highly unprofessional. I understand circumstances out of your control sometimes happen, but next time ensure you advise your diners before the drive over an hour to ear at your premises. For this reason you are getting 1 star

Went there for mother's day with a family of 4. The customer service was appalling. The owner/manager I believe was SO rude over the phone and in person. I called the place over an hour before to notify that we would be 15 minutes late. Upon arrival, she comes up to us and yelled for being an "hour" late and that the chef is now busy with someone else. They obviously did not enough chefs to accommodate for the all the tables so we had to wait around an hour for the chef to come to us. Not many food variances to choose from and the soft drinks felt watered down. On a positive note, the chef we got after an hour of wait was very nice & entertaining. We had fun time with him but the customer service definitely ruined the celebrations :( I am sure there are other better teppanyaki places in Sydney.

Booked a dinner for bday celebration, We were seated but waited for 50mins for the chef to come n service If we booked in advance, u should make sure that u got enough chef instead of asking consumers to wait Will never recommend anyone to come

Great food and great experience. 100% family friendly.
