2320 Broke Rd, Pokolbin
Friendly stuff, ice cream nice
Extremely rude staff. Cold atmosphere upon entry, not welcoming at all. I was photographing a product to show a friend as I was helping him purchase some items. A staff member approached me and said "can you read this sign at all?'' In an extremely rude manner. I admit I did miss the sign about photographing products, but there are nicer ways to go about it. I took my business down the road to their peterson store where the girls are extremely inviting and lovely. Highly recommend skipping this place and visiting their other store down the road at Peterson house where the staff will treat you super nicely
Great place to come get your chocolate fix! Staff is helpful if you’re looking for anything in particular and a great view to sit down and have coffee and eat your chocolate!
Great products but really rude staff member made us feel very unwelcome because my toddler pulled a packet of fudge off the shelf, which we were going to buy anyway. Words used were “you might want to pick your child up, this isn’t a toy shop.” Children do get excited in sweet shops. It was a contradiction to be met with such sternness in a place that relies on tourists for its livelihood and sells a product that is meant to be associated with happiness.
Nice stop to grab a coffee or ice cream before heading over to the wineries. Nice outdoor area with views overlooking the vineyards. They make there own chocolates good selection of goodies. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.
Although absolutely flat out, the staff were cheerful and efficient. There is a wide variety of products, both chocolate and not, that make great gifts and special treat yourself moments. Would recommend adding this place to your list of stops.
This place was amazing! The entire place was organised into different styles of chocolate and sweets. They even have vegan options! My travel partner reports that the Mars Bar gelato is something to definitely try on your visit! There are plenty of options as well when looking for gift packs or sampler packs, the small chocolate bars are also a good gift idea. When going here though, make sure you're ready to spend your money as the place is slightly pricier than most chocolate places, although you're paying for the quality, branding and overall taste, so its well-worth the extra money!
The best heaven ever. Filled with many kinds if chocolate...it is a place you must visit. Not only did I bring back all the different types of chocolate, I also brought back authentic flavoured jams and relish.
Perfect place for people with sweet tooth. Chocolate, marshmallows, caramel popcorns, jellies just to name a few. Coconut meringue near the cashier was also nice. Easy parking. Friendly senior staff at entrance.
The chocolates were not fully Australian made. Some of them were 10% Aussie products which seemed strange. It would have been great if there would have been a chocolate factory tour which would have interest the kids. The view outside the factory is good with farms and farm animals around. The variety of produce is average.
