Fast service!

I visited this hungry jacks store the other day where I was warmly greeted by the staff my food came out very fast and I ate at one of the tables. A lovely young lady called Dinithi came up to me and asked me how my meal was going and had a nice conversation with me. She has asked me to leave her a google review for the training course she is doing. Dinithi was very kind and polite making me feel very welcome, I will definitely visit this hungry jacks store again :))

Needs a refurbishment. Counters are not serviced enough. Tables weren't really that clean. Needs a few tweaks and would actually be a decent place as for as HJ goes.

Food is good and cheaper than that in McDonald. The only problem is that sometimes staff fail to include everything in the order.

Burgers you can rely on but cleanliness have to improve. Service was no fuss and good on my order.

Hygiene issues, one of the staff that was a girl used her hands to grab the chips in the packet. Service is super bad even for a fast food chain standard.... never going back. guess kfc and mcdonalds are the next stops.

Yelp that's right. It's a 3 star deserving store. Everything is just average here. Quality, service and ambience.

I ordered at drive-thru a grill master pulled beef Angus burger for $10.45, but later found that the burger did not have pulled beef. It's literally a cheeseburger that I can get for just $3.50 ☹️

Probably the most horrible HJs there is. This lot are totally hopeless.

Service was good, same as the food.
