Hungry Jack’s

Asked for the ham and cheese roll. They said we don't have that on the menu. I was literally looking at it on the menu board. Had to order a soggy no ham, ham and cheese toastie. I later learnt the roll is called a Yumbo.

99% of the time I have experienced friendly professional prompt customer service. Love the new double drive through that has just been installed. Annandale Hj's is conveniently situated within schools highway and next to Coles and chemist.

Very slow staff. Waited so long in store while they constantly served drive thru customers. Decided after waiting 20mins to be served in store (only 2 people in front of me) to just drive through. That took another 15mins to get my food. This was during a peak hour time however, there were no more customers than usual.

Cold burgers....when we complained, the manager said "thanks for letting us know"...this is the worst restaurant...go to KFC or somewhere else....worth the extra drive

The young staff is unprofessional and the service is really impatient. I waited at the counter for a long time, but the staff wanted to finish their cleaning first. This is fine. When I ordered my food, I had to repeat my ordered more than three times to understand what I was saying, and the attitude was extremely impatient.
