parma was not good. bland. chicken questionable. side salad also unfresh and no dressing...steak not as good as it used to be. tastes totally different. not sure wat they have done to it... now i understand why there were no other customers...service was good though.

Dined here on Saturday night under a recommendation that the food was amazing here. All staff were polite and friendly that's the only positive I have. Unfortunately the food itself is a huge let down, it's below average in quality. Granted they were very busy on Saturday. However the food tasted all frozen, none of it was fresh, or was over cooked an burnt it was a horrible eating experience. It took ages for food to reach our table For the price on the menu I would've expected fresh ingredients. Had I known the food was this bad, I would've gone to Maccas.

Waited 40 minutes for food to come out. Ordered a steak sandwich and when it eventually came out got a dry piece of steak that is lure warm from microwave reheat.

If you are planning to eat their 18hr pre cooked steak, enquire first as they do run out of it quite early. If you are lucky to enjoy one, the onion rings are a good accompaniment.

Service was good but had the worst steak I've ever eaten, I could hardly cut through it and it was bleeding all over the plate, very tough even though I ordered med/rare, the baked potato was just as hard to cut through. Wouldn't go here again.

Incredible range of meals for an affordable price considering it’s quality. If you’re after a budget feed you can’t go wrong with the 9 dollar lunches! Has an indoor and a relaxing undercover outdoor seating area too

The Monday set was a definite steal! $18 for the steak! The hot chocolate is alright, good for the cold weather. The steak and fries were great unfortunately the salad was too sour for me, if you like balsamic viniger you'll probably love it though.

We went there last night for dinner. The food was undercooked and disgusting. The waiter was great and very apologetic. We waiting for over an hour for our garlic and cheese bread then our meals came out but one. The steak was terrible. Would not recommend. We all left there extremely disappointed.

Awesome food ,cool setting ,a bit expensive but well worth it

I had lamb shank and it was cooked to perfection. Good selection of cocktails. Fast service and great atmosphere. Will definitely come back.
