Tastey food . Pad Thianot what we were expecting , Roasted duck in Red Curry and tropical fruit was great .

Pricey but a total waste of money and time. Went there for dinner. Please do not order EXOTIC SEAFOOD its simply waste of money. Servers are rude. Wont come back again

Went for dinner , location wise its good top floor of mall,sadly with too much crowd and less sitting space becomes a challenge for all to sit and eat together. Food was great had gangnang good quantity , quality was good as well as stated mild spicy it was... Good Thai food.

Had dinner here, and the dining experience was great. The food was tasty and hot. Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. The place filled up pretty quick, so it could be difficult to get seating when it's the peak. But it's a place you should check out.

I was pleasantly surprised with Hi Thai on level 4 for a number of reasons. The 3 dishes we ordered (yellow curry with veg, seafood salad & salt and pepper squid) were all great. The staff are friendly and the service is very quick. We only waited about 10 minutes. Also the total cost for 3 dishes plus tea was only around $50. Will be back.

Why does my Pad Thai taste like some evil dehydrated noodle + month old tomato sauce experiment? Seriously, did I accidentally order a Pad Heinz? And the Pineapple Fried Rice... Surely you must have air fried the rice or sprinkled bits of dry wall in the pan. The hospital food was better than this garbage. $35.80 for both the PT and PFR... Absolute scam.

The food was really nice. However the service could be better though. I think the management should consider more staff. They appeared slightly overwhelmed. In a way, that means they are doing something right to earn the patronage 😁

Very very bad customer service We called them 10 time to order over the phone as we were coming from far away and when we reached there its closed just a min ago They said its closed and cant serve … Question is if they answer the phone i could order over the phone and can pick the food on time I do understand they are busy …but not that busy that cant pick a phone for 5 sec and could tell order closed I think they should learn more the customer service

Decided to try because of the mixed reviews. So to give a very fair detailed assessment: Prices a bit high for thai food such as $18.90 curry. Atmosphere is nice because of the shows at level 4 with indoor outdoor seating but the floor was a bit dirty. Food was hit and miss. Green curry was watery, white in colour and vegetables undercooked. Salt and pepper squid not cooked well enough, taste hard like sinews. Pineapple Fried Rice is nice and large portions. No table water. Takeaway is 50c.
