Great cafe with a real good vibe i’m pleased to say a loyalty card system in place to Benefit regular coffee drinkers Like myself I regularly attend breakfast here three times a week they are always very welcome of my needs And have the perfect attitude for a local Cafiee also has a great cold drinks Menu for those hot summer days

After working all day I called into the Northlands shopping centre today to grab a coffee for the way home and stumbled upon Helens Café in the centre. I was greeted by a happy kind lady who prepared me a latte with fast service and a very kind demeanour. On the way out I dropped it and made a terrible mess and I was very embarrassed. She rushed over and said don't worry, don't worry I see you have had a very long day and cleaned the mess and presented me with a fresh free latte. After the day I had I was overwhelmed and very grateful. Fantastic service and a kind hearted staff member.

Helen's cafe is a great little cafe. It's the highlight of northlands shopping centre. Helen and her staff always great you with a friendly smile and the coffee is always good.
