Hahn & Hamlin

my boyfriend and i went to hahn & hamlin for our 7 year anniversary + valentine’s day and for starters i would just like to say - wow what an experience! the staff truly went above and beyond, even providing us both with a glass of champagne and wishing us a happy anniversary upon arrival. they all had extensive knowledge on the menu items and were able to answer the many questions i asked while ordering our 3 course meal while remaining super friendly and efficient. the food was exquisite, we shared our entrees & mains so we could try everything and what a great decision that was! i highly recommend the chicken patè, pork belly & chocolate mousse, but overall everything else we had was just as amazing! we will be back for sure :)

We’ve been here twice now and both experiences have been fantastic. The food is comforting and delicious, the host is incredibly friendly and the atmosphere is cosy and relaxed. We also love that it’s in Hahndorf, it feels like your away from it all but it’s only a 20 min drive up the freeway from the city.

We went for lunch there. Amazing experience, service and meals were absolutely superb. All the wine and food is sourced locally, true blue South Australian products. Erica, the owner, knew my name from the on line booking! Utmost hospitality and customer service! She took the time to visit our table and explain everything. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so well. Erica and her staff were just lovely and could not do enough for us. I highly recommend Hahn & Hamlin for anyone visiting Hahndorf. You will not be disappointed!

Went to Hahn & Hamlin for an Anniversary lunch and I can't rate this restaurant highly enough. All the food is sourced locally and Erica, the owner, took the time to visit our table and explain its journey to our plate. The food was absolutely delicious and presented so well. Travelling solo I nestled in on the balcony with my book and the owner, Erica, brought out paired South Australian wine and food over several hours. The dishes she has designed are beautiful and the flavour combinations are well considered. Highly recommend if you are after lovely staff, good quality food and warm ambience.

What a fantastic experience we received tonight! Staff were friendly and the service, impeccable and fast! Didn’t miss a beat. The food was to die for! The flavours and the thought process that has gone into the menu, just superb. We will be back and would highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome in every way! If you haven't been - you must go!! Erica the host is incredible. Her knowledge of the products & wine she offers is amazing. Each time we've left (which is usually late...) we go home talking non stop about the experience & the food & the company. Highly recommend Hahn & Hamlin to everyone. xx

We were compelled to write this review after dining here tonight. An amazing restaurant. Such a passion and love for food was evident. The service was outstanding. A hidden gem that should not be missed while in Hahndorf. We will return and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone. Having lived and travelled throughout the world experiencing many wonderful restaurants we give this review with a knowledge of fine foods. Modest pricing for excellent quality food. A warm friendly environment nothing was too much trouble. We can still taste the flavours. Well done and thank you for welcoming us this evening.
