Excellent service and food

Always require reservation for dinner. Very busy most of the times. Booked a room for 10 people which has a dedicated waiter and $500 minimum spend limit. Food quality is OK but prices are on the higher side as paying for the excellent service provided. Free unlimited yam porridge, cold noodle, red bean soup and fruits. Dancing noodle dish where noodle is pulled in front of you was only a very short time.

This is my second time enjoying my dinner time here. The food always fresh and delicious! And the staff was serving us name for Andy ~ he’s so nice, and very careful what we need. Fantastic service. Will coming again

One of the most famous hotpot chains in the world. The place is spacious with numerous booths that can fit 6 people easily. Selection of food are more or less the same as other hotpot joint. What stands out the most is the service which is top top notch. They're friendly, full of smile, and always willing to help. They even gave my kid balloon and toys. Food - 8 Service - 10 Vibe - 9 Price - $$$$

Food was better than expected based on friends recommendation. Seems at a minimum you can pick four soups per table, that helps when your party has differing tastes. Self serve sauce is always a plus but the soup base was good enough most of the time already. Menu had a big variety as well. Service was excellent, no complaints and the staff go above and beyond. Unexpectedly, toilet experience is a big plus, just wished there was disposable cups for the mouth wash haha

Definitely appreciated the excellent service provided by Shiyu on my visit last Sunday evening. Her attention to detail, and readiness to service made the experience better than expected, the sort of level you’d expect of an International Hotpot brand. Best service in Melbourne. Not only is the environment amazing and welcoming but they also go above and beyond to make sure that every customer is satisfied and looked after without feeling like they are invading on your date by over serving. Food is also top tier. Best hot pot so far.

The food (including the soup bases) was fresh and very delicious. The vibe of the place was excellent the moment you step in. Everyone made us comfortable. Thank you Amy for the amazing service you provided on from table #19. The hand pulled noodle performance (when you order noodles) was also unique and entertaining. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!

Booked a seat at the last minute and Gigi was extremely helpful. The customer service was flawless and the kids really enjoyed the birthday decorations and celebration from the passionate team. Gigi chose the Baby Shark song and my daughter was surprised. 5 stars and will definitely come back again!

Last night we had the best time at dinner. Thanks to our server Amy. She was amazing, super attentive and entertaining. Definitely recommend!!
