I’ve been coming to this GYG for a while but the new lady who always remembers my kid’s names and my coffee order is a delight! Customer for life! Thank you for the great service! Would highly recommend to family and friends!

We have given this store plenty of opportunities to get their act together but they consistently fail. Slow and badly collated and cooked food. Today offer as you can see was a regular fries for the price of a large and a slow cooked "rice" burrito for the price of a beef burrito. Even the rice was hard and crunchy and it's pretty hard to get rice wrong. Much better outlets than this one so go elsewhere I say if you don't want to be disappointed.

Very rude and appalling customer service! I love Guzman Y Gomez but this store has been really disappointing. I ordered a Spicy Pulled Pork Burrito, the staff served me with a burrito which was labeled as Spicy but it did not have ANY SPICE at all. I politely went up to the counter and told the manager that my burrito was not spicy at all. He apologised and said he would get another one made for me. He then served me the second burrito and told me it was mild. I told him that I ordered spicy, had to find my original order docket from the bin and show him. They then offered me a small spicy dipping sauce for my burrito in a manner to shun me away as if I was a pest. The small dipping sauce wasn’t enough, so when I was half way through my burrito I went to the counter to ask for another one and the lady who served me said “What do you want now?!” At this point I felt like less than a cockroach. In the end: I got the 2 dipping sauces, somewhat of a spicy burrito, horrible customer service and a hurt pride. For proof of this experience I asked for them to print out my order in a receipt. When I asked the same rude woman at the counter she demanded that I tell her what my order number was (which I didn’t know because they didn’t give me an order number (only a table number). When she had to spend some time to find my order number she rolled her eyes and handed the receipt to me in a very rough manner. Total, parasitic customer experience.

Food Fantastic 😋 ! I must say this about one of your staff 😊 She is the heart and soul of Guzman y Gomez, very welcoming very warm 🥰 she is down to earth 🙂 excellent service , she is very professional at what she is doing , each and every one of us ( the customers ) had a brilliant attention from her , I had to say something about her because she brings a positive vibe to the restaurant . I wish all of your staff can learn from her , wish her all the very best .

Gave this store more than 1 years worth of orders but frequently take short cuts: last one had missing guacamole, cheese and chips. I don't usually check before I leave the store, it shouldn't require a check!!! Maybe my mistake. Very small serving sizes for a 'large' bowel. Going to drive to the other location now for my orders.

I love Guzman food but staff of this store need to learn some manner they don't know how to speak with customers if its in my hand I wouldn't even give one star

Food was average compared to the many other GyG’s we’ve been to. The burrito bowl we ordered barely had anything in it. Also customer service by the front cashier was appalling. No greeting, gave us looks as if she wanted to intimidate us?? And by reading the other reviews it seems like it is a normal thing for that person :) yikes

Third experience ordering here. I order a mini grilled chicken burrito every time from Guzman. The last two times I’ve waited nearly 10 minutes, this time has clocked in at 14 minutes according to the time on my receipt. With two other people ordering ahead of me, 14 minutes, one mini burrito. Go to a different Guzman.

Great GYG. I have been to many across South East Queensland but my latest experience at the GYG Windsor restaurant has been the best. Quick and friendly service, the burrito tasted very fresh and the chips were piping hot. I will be coming back.
