We ordered 2 takeaways and really disappointed. Both meals have trace amount of meat. One of the order was spicy burrito but it was so bland and cold. Considering other order was warm, i suspect that burrito has been sitting in a fridge.
Efficient and friendly service, and a spacious, airy fast-food style restaurant with plenty of chairs and tables, to enjoy your meal. Being in the Toowong Village shopping centre, you can avail yourself of the clean toilets inside. Food was so-so, with small helpings. We ordered tacos (beef and veg), enchiladas and a coke and that came to $28. It was just a few mouthfuls really, which shows the extent to which our little Aussie peso has become more and more worthless. Even though we indicated to the young lady who served us, that we were dining in-house, our food was still provided in polystyrene boxes with flimsy plastic cutlery. Not the ideal way to eat a meal. The plastic knife was of such poor quality that it bent at every cut, and that just detracted from the overall experience. Food quality was decent though, with fresh ingredients and the chunky grilled chicken in the enchilada went down well. The tacos were hot and crispy.
I come here often to eat, and am always impressed by friendly staff, a clean restaurant and excellent food. I am always served with a smile and the employees seem to truly enjoy working there and communicate happily with each other and myself. My service is always quick and efficient and the meals are delicious. However when I came in on Wednesday, around 7pm to grab my usual meal, the service was particularly exceptional! The young girl who took my order was exuberant, professional and friendly even though she could not have been out of high school. I ate my food with a big smile on my face, and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a delicious Mexican meal and even lovelier service!
Hi Mate, I'm here in your Guzman y Gomez restaurant, really do you have to change the chef , because the food it's not good, the people lost the money in this place, tray to make a good service if not , in two months you are closing down...
Usually quite good, but in general the GYG vegetarian tacos are kind of trash. They don't have enough filling and I was once served frozen guacamole which felt like I was having avocado ice-cream.
An old favourite for Mexican food. Itβs a chain restaurant, but itβs good. My personal favourite is the Barramundi burrito bowl. The corn chips and guacamole is always tasty. I had dinner here recently. The restaurant was fairly empty at the time. The food was served very quickly. I like that the habanero sauce is genuinely spicy.
Great fast effective service and value for money with rewards programme π¦πΊπ
I ordered a cali burrito on Menu Log From Guzman Y Gomez Towong which I always do as it's the only thing I eat from Guzman and I really wanna know why it was legit only chips, meat, tiny bit of Queso and a tiny bit of avo at the bottom?? I don't work at Guzman but I always get the cali burrito so I know it has so much more in it, and I asked for it to be spicy and it was the most blande burrito I've ever tried. I only asked for the no sour cream, not the whole damn burrito??
Good food and nice service
