Grill'd

Still at the top of my list of favourite Burger joints in Melbourne. Simply Grill'd, Crispy Bacon & Cheese, Mighty Melbourne and Chilli Addict leads the pack of recommended in my book. Staff keeps changing, which is expected when you've got mostly youngsters working there, but regardless they've all been polite, accommodating and cook great burgers without fail. More than enough seating available for you and the kids.

The burgers were perfect, service was wonderful, and the restaurant was clean. Definitely a great place to hang out!

Consistently make good burgers. Love the herb mayo thy put on my burgers. Lot a of seating available and they don't seem to mind children being around and a little noisy.

We used to really enjoy our visits to Grill'd Knox, but the standard of food, service and general cleanliness has been going downhill noticeably over the last year or so. I can't remember if we first noticed it before last year's lockdown or not. Staff no longer check in as they are supposed to - the coloured stick markers in the jugs were not turned the last two or three visits. The last two times, the floors and tables were dirty. And on the last occasion, we thought the food was horrible, whereas we used to think it was good. So sadly, we will be looking around for another burger place next time. Maybe we'll try another branch, or another restaurant altogether.

It’s easy to not mention a medium - large chain business in reviews, but I found myself visiting Grill’d on a monthly basis and have never taken the time to review it like other establishments I’ve visited over the years. This location has always been friendly, with great service, and great energy. The food is always consistent, and great tasting and you don’t get that heavy feeling afterwards that many other chains leave you with. Burger buns are great and not disgustingly sweet, the produce and meat used taste real, and the taste is amazing. Always consistent, friendly and delicious.

I lost my wallet and thought it was at the restrarant. I rang the team, and they have bent over backwards to try and help. Even a personal text message from Amy to ask if they could check the cameras. Amazing customer service and amazing food... This is what drives customer loyalty. Would recommend

This review is for all Grill'd stores, not just Knox. It used to be worth the money - not anymore. Quality and care with ingredients have declined, and it feels like you are paying for the 'experience', typical of every decent food shop that sacrifices quality in the march toward growth. The burger meat used to be very well seasoned and cooked, moist, nice flame grilled flavour, but now it is utterly average. It turns out having decent cooks does matter.

Can't go wrong with Grilld, vegan burger is amazing and you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Guilt free burger!
