Green Peppercorn

Went to the restaurant for the first time and was looking forward to a good night. Food was good however service was below par considering how much we spent. Took 15 Mins to get our cocktails and had to ask several times. My husband witnessed an elderly gentleman cough and spit on the floor in the booth with owner sitting with th. We were still enjoying our drinks when we were asked to leave to make room for a new group which was ok so they said we could sit at the bar whilst we finished our drinks, the gentleman at the front then rushed us to pay as he couldn't take the new groups order. Shocked at the coughing and spitting especially in covid times and will.not be back.

Tonight was shocking. There worried about covid and wearing masks but gave us cups with lipstick on them which someone else was using, also we ordered sparkling water and they didn't get it till after we finished eating.

Love this place. Customer Service very professional and friendly. Food is really clean and so fresh. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended - Little hidden Gem in Blacktown👍👍

We had our last dinner here during our visit to Sydney (Jan 2, 2019). The food were delicious and nicely plated. We were having a late dinner, about 8:45 pm. When we were eating, the staff started mopping the floor nearby and we can smell the cleaning detergent used in the mop. This made eating less pleasant and was a downside of the total dining experience. If the cleaning of the nearby floor waited after the last customer of the evening finished their dinner, then the experience would have been better. The restaurant ambiance and food was 4.5 stars, while the dining experience was only 3.5 stars due to the mentioned less than pleasant dining experience. Overall a 4 star rating is fair.

Good food, efficient service. Be aware you may need to get a waiter's attention rather than wait for them to check in on you. The Tom Yum soup is good and Green Peppercorn with garlic and basil stir fry dish has a good amount of heat from the chilli without hitting an uncomfortable level. Their fried ice cream is nice but not what you're expecting as the fried layer is filo pastry rather than the usual batter.

Horrible customer service, we had made a booking for a birthday party. Once we arrived at the restaurant, they had booked out the restaurant for another private event without informing us beforehand that our booking had been cancelled and turned us away at the door. A very money minded business with no focus on customer service. Spend your money elsewhere!!

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! The eftpos machine was down so the staff demanded me to go withdraw cash. He didn't even apologise for it. Our bill came up to $155.30, so I asked the person to give me $5 back instead of the coins and I will get him 30 cents from the car.  The cashier refused to do this and demanded the 30 cents be paid now and then otherwise he will only give the change back on coins. After making me go out to withdraw cash I thought this was the least they could do (not like I asked him to deduct the 30 cents of my bill) Not coming back here again.

The crunchy fried rice here is sooo good😩🥰💕😍 I love the mocktails too 😌 My favourite is the ladyboy and the passionfruit one 😝 Such a pretty restaurant, with a bar at the front too.

Good food and cocktails but service is ALWAYS too slow!!! Takes forever to get drinks and food, long waiting times even when it’s not busy. Hire more staff if you don’t have enough! Food always comes out at different times for our table rather than all together so some of our guests are left waiting 20 minutes for the remaining guests to get their food as they feel rude to start eating. I cannot stand this!!! It’s not fair for the whole group! Order should be coming out together like any other normal pub or restaurant.
