Green Ginger

We haven't been to Green Ginger for over a year. Service was excellent. Food tasted ok, nothing special. Quality of food has dropped. The prawns were so small. Wouldn't go again. Don't waste your money. Photos look ok but food is extremely average.

The food and service is outstanding, every visit is a pleasure. The meals generous and always tastes so good. Atmosphere is very nice and it transports you to a different world. Go visit however book as it's always busy.

A large family birthday gathering along with many other diners was handled quietly and efficiently by the very pleasant staff. A huge menu and quite a wait for meals but time spent catching up with each other was certainly enjoyed. And the food was delicious.

Stood at the counter with my partner and had enough time to pick what we wanted (which takes a long time) and rang the bell/waited quite a while. Would love to rate the food but we left after an insane wait without even a hello from the person running food outside and back or a greeting from whoever should have been at the counter. Goldburger next door got our money.

Have eaten many Green Chicken Curries in SA and also in Thailand. What I ate tonight tasted nothing like any GCC I’ve ever tasted!!! It didn’t even look right, it was more grey looking than green. Are 2 mouthfuls and the rest unfortunately was wasted in the bin. The dog didn’t even want it.....
