Awesome authentic food

Delicious food, attentive staff, cozy ambiance

Returned here after having our wedding reception there five years ago. It was still as amazing as it was back then. Brilliant staff. Out of this world food. Amazing atmosphere. We really shouldn't have waited so long to go back! We will definitely be back here, at the very least for our next anniversary.

My wife and I recently attended Grappino for date night having craved wonderful, authentic Italian food and wine since visiting Italy some time ago. We were not disappointed. Staff and service was on point, wine was amazing and the food was simply divine. The charismatic lady running the joint said to another table not to worry about what they ordered because everything is wonderful and at the completion of our meal I'd have to agree. Many thanks for a lovely evening!

Grappino reminds of us of a restaurant that we ate at in Bologna. Quintessential Italian with the aprons wait staff, Mumma patrolling the tables ensuring all in order, welcoming guests with familiarity. Service is well paced, courteous and knowledgeable. The dishes reflected the atmosphere of a family that knows how to entertain guests with their love of food. It was wonderful to eat at and experience Grappino once more.

What a sensational restaurant. We were part of a rather large group to celebrate a friend's birthday. The service was excellent all night, non stop with wine, water and what ever you needed. Then the food. Very generous servings for the shared meals and it was all delicious. Definitely one to recommend.

The Staff was great offered me Water while I was waiting. Wanna Fine dine this is your Place.

The whole experience was enjoyable. Nice, well cooked food, tasty wines, friendly service. Highly recommend 🎉

I love this little gem. I've been here quite a few times now and haven't had a bad experience. The food is so delicious, staff are excellent and love the family atmosphere. Still one of the top Italian restaurants in Brisbane. Worth a try if you haven't been before.

17 years since we have seen the owners when they had a restaurant in Hobart, we by chance found them here and food amazing, staff attentive, around good experience x
