Love their pies and croissants, we didn't enjoy the coffee (including the decaf), we found it very bitter. But will come back for more pie, pastry was flaky and buttery, and the filling was delicious.

Better coffee than on the mainland! The girls are super friendly and the food is delicious. Only downside is its not pirate themed....

Awsome bakery that knows how to make great pies and sausage rolls but you need to be quick as they do sell out of certain items very quickly. The staff are friendly and welcoming.

What a find! The local bakery in a tourist town can usually be counted on to make decent pies, bread rolls, and the odd cake but the coffee is usually weak, too hot and burnt. Not here. The Freycinet bakery did genuinely good coffee, so good I made the 15-20 minute round trip from our accommodation every morning. I didn’t try the pies but there were some very good cakes and pastries on offer here as well, including a few gluten-free treats.
