The food here is insane. Have been on their quieter nights and their busy nights and the food always remains fresh and delicious. My favourite Italian restaurant in Melbourne.

The place itself is very beautiful, and it’s located in Crown makes it better! Customer service was exceptional, we were being attended to on a very regular basis despite the fact that the restaurant was actually full. The food was delicious. I would 100% come back to eat there! Lastly the waiter Yogi, was a pleasure to be attended by. He really ensured we were getting the best food, his recommendations were perfect and he had a fun, friendly but still professional attitude. He is an asset to your team!

Food was nice, customer is a good as well. Generally very busy with good atmosphere. Recommend booking early.

Had a lovely dinner with friends. All the items we ordered were very tasty. Recommend this Italian restaurant for those who are looking for a fine dining with friends or family. Staffs were also very helpful.

Had a beautiful night at Gradi! Pros: Food was INCREDIBLE! We ordered the Carnivora pizza, Pescatore pasta and Nutella Calzone. Servings sizes were good. Service was above and beyond, staff showed consideration and enthusiasm. Atmosphere was well thought out, good music, lighting and decor. Cons: Waiter asked if we wanted to tip when given the bill which was a bit strange, I think this should be left to the customer especially when prices are on the higher side . $12 is also a little steep for sparkling water, almost as much as a glass of alcohol.

Service was phenomenal. Lamb shoulder was not as good as the other meals. Kill Patrick oysters were amazing.
