Cannot believe the extortionate prices... Usually love Gradi and have been many many times... but paying $16+ for a glass of prosecco to eat a rushed calzone that was cold in the middle and some half cooked pasta... the cheapest bottle of prosecco at $80? Unless you're Michelin Starred, Hatted or a celebrity hot spot, there is zero reason to not have a more accessible price point.
For those prices you'd expect fine dining.
But no- we got different waiters grabbing our plates the second we paused and before everyone else at the table had finished. Nonna literally was still chewing and had her plate whisked away as soon as she took her last bite. definitely not worth the visit any more which makes me sad. I'm sure the profit margins are good and hospo IS struggling to fight back. but geeeeez guys, that's a bit much and not the way to do it.
