Gong Korean BBQ Restaurant

I don't usually like rating a business low but this one totally disappointed me with the quality of the food and to make it worse they had the worst customer service among the all other restaurants I've been to, some of the food was totally not worth paying a cent for with the amount of food and how it tasted (below average). We went a group of people for a birthday event, since it had a high rating and we gave them the cake and candles and when asked to bring it out we were expecting the candles to be lit on the cake and would come out with few of the staff and sing the bday song like every other restaurant around but quite the opposite, the staff brought the cake out of the fridge in the plastic bag and just left it on table next to dirty dishes (usually any restaurant cleans up the table before bringing out the cake) and left like they don't care about the customer service at all, if you want to book a place for a event then make sure to look elsewhere for the same price or a bit more you can at least get a better quality food and a customer service that at least serves you with a smile and doesn't forget to bring the sides that you've paid for.

We always love eating here. Great food, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are amazing!

Food is good. I like lamb. The seasoning is good. Also, the rice cake is delicious because it’s crispy and wrapped the sauces. The seat will be a lot bit crowded.

Nice place to meeting friends. Kindly staff also abundant food. FYI: they also have Band-Aid when u get hurt. That’s so sweet! Will suggest more friends to come!

This is not Korean BBQ, it’s Chinese. Don’t get fooled by the exterior facade. I would not recommend going at all given that it tastes nothing like real Korean food. Scam.

The taste of food is OK, and friends who like to eat meat can have a full meal，There are too few varieties

The food was ok and the staffs were nice. Feel more like Chinese BBQ instead of Korean BBQ to me anw 😂

Ok but some waiting time on reordering. Would be nice if we could just pick up what we want and need instead of ordering.
