7 Hamilton Pl Level 1 3149, Mount Waverley
Mandarin beef and fish ball soup freshly made are stand out dishes.
Been here a few times. Never failed. One of the few old-school Cantonese restaurants in the eastern suburbs. The home fish balls and home-made xo sauce are really good.
Excellent services. Fantastic foods. Plenty parkings.
Wow, friendly staff followed by the best chilli 🌶 calamari I have ever had fresh veggies on the side and good sweet and sour chicken. Thanks for a great meal. Will be back for the crayfish.
Traditional Cantonese food.
Decent BBQ roast but the 5-spice seasoning was a bit overwhelming. Suggest making it more subtle and also heating up the meat before serving in the evenings. Cold duck was unpleasant. :'( Decent food but not worth the high prices in my opinion. Friendly staff, complimentary prawn crackers and tea.
Taste was fine, but not the cheapest and roast/BBQ meats were cold when takeaway ordered at dinnertime. The couple running the place were friendly enough but not impressed by the food.
In the Mount Waverley village and close to the station, this little Chinese restaurant is a surprise package. Always friendly and attentive service with a menu to match. The window often displays bbq ducks so you know they are fresh and tank fish. Great prices and fabulous food and they offer takeaway.
The handmade fish balls noodle soup, and the chilli oil are by far the best in Melbourne.
Hidden gem! Nice food with good prices, restaurant situated right next to the train station. Very accessible. Takeaway is also available.
