Galli Restaurant

Went to Galli Restaurant for their Wednesday Night Special Dinner to celebrate a special anniversary and was delighted! The food was generous, tasted wonderful and the service was even better! My son is coeliac and they went out of their way to make sure his meal was gluten free. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! Will definitely be going there again!

We recently celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary at the Galli and I can't thank them enough for the great service they provided us with. They were professional, accommodating, friendly and I cannot speak highly enough of the delicious food we had on the night. Thank you so much for helping us celebrate our special night :)

I have always enjoyed my experience at the Galli, food, service and people excellent. Look forward to returning when it reopens.

My daughter had her Communion luncheon here and it was excellent. Great food with generous portions. Great service with all staff being polite and attentive to guests. Special dietary needs were not a problem and children were all welcome. I highly recommend this restaurant. We will be back. Special thanks to Millie.

I’ve been to this restaurant many times and have never had any issues with the food. A recent visit changed that unfortunately. Two meals were ordered, a scotch fillet with salad and fries and Bangers and mash. Both dishes were disappointing. The steak was dry in most parts and difficult to cut, not sure weather this was due to the quality of the steak or possibly a blunt steak knife. Placing a large, round scotch fillet steak on a rectangular plate had me scratching my head. The sausages served on the other dish were filled with gristle, both dishes were only half eaten. The staff and manager are really lovely however the manager needs to reassess the food quality and cooking staff. Apart from that the venue is clean and inviting, surrounded by beautiful views.

Food is mediocre. It's somewhat reasonable for the price. What I did not tolerate was the lady who was running the floor staff in the restaurant and unfortunately was in charge of our table. She seemed to be very discriminating towards coloured people. I felt the vibe and their implications that I wasn't welcome. I do not recommend this place if that's how the staff behave.

Ordered dinner, and was expecting some quality food, but it was far from it. For such a high class apparent restaurant the food was below average. Ive eaten better meals from the pub.

Haven't had the pleasure in dining here, but have on more than one occasion,tasted and gladly purchased,the delectable wine!! Extremely good quality ,and very pleasant staff! A lovely view of the family's vineyard from the dining area,with an open fireplace in cooler weather ,I highly recommend Galli Winery.

Probably my best restaurant that I have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The staff are beyond accommadating and the food is is always better and better. I simply cannot fault the Galli. And seeing Rebecca ( sorry if I incorrectly spelt your name ) is a delight to see even after so many years of her faithful service to Galli. That has got to be a testament to how amazing this place is to share a heart warming experience with. All our meals were just divine and generous servings I might add. Value for money. Great food takes time and you get more than what you paid for. 6/5
