I ordered duck, the taste was not as duck but like chicken, and the texture was as dry as chicken as well. Other than that everything was fine particularly the location.

Great little spot on the sun with a chilled atmosphere and friendly, prompt service. All seating is outside, dogs are welcome. We ordered a hot chocolate thinking that because it's a French-inspired place that they would make REAL hot chocolate with melted chocolate but it was just the regular kind available everywhere. Our meals were enjoyable, the salad had a lot of dressing which I enjoy but might be a bit much for some people

This a lovely spot in Mosman and a very nice cafe with yummy food and good coffee. The people are very nice, I left my phone there after having breakfast with my family today . As I was walking in a nearby tracks I noticed I don’t have my phone with me , my daughter called my phone and one of the staff there who had found it told us she is keeping it there in French cafe for me so I can pick it up. I was impressed with their honesty and helpful manners. Definitely will go there again. 👌

Not so hidden local gem. Very busy. Napoleon is usually good for breakfast. It is ‘egg souffle’ and ham in flaky pastry case served with red pepper and mustard seed sides. Barramundi or duckleg confit is great for lunch if hungry. Should also try orange and coconut cake. Try dunking it in coffee if you’re game. Cafe with a spectacular view of the ocean

We were going to its sister restaurant L heritage for lunch but we missed it so we came to Frenchys café for coffee and cake . Vibe was great , car park available 50m away , coffee was ok but the pastries were different to what I expected , particularly the croissant . It didn’t smell good , it was cold , no smell of butter , it was so soggy I felt it had sit there for two days , shocked . Hardly believe it is under the same management as L heritage Staff wasn’t attentive , I ordered two coffee , one brownie one croissant and one cake . The waitress delivered two coffee and took the order number from our table while we were still awaiting pastries . Finally pastries arrived , another waitress came over and only left us a set of cutlery

I love the twist on traditional menu items, making the usual more interesting in a rather original way. It is also a great location to go fo a walk after!

Lovely place. Friendly service and atmosphere. Food is decent. For the price point I feel that they should be doing full table service and/or providing a product of a higher quality, but would probably return if in the area again.
