Frederico's Bar & Eatery

Great little restaurant and bar that we stumbled upon when looking around for fish and chips. So glad we did. Decor is amazing. Staff so friendly and meals were awsome as well. Cocktails looked great too,although we didn't try them this time around. We will be back though. Do yourself a favour and try this place.

Tops! My wife and I get maybe 1 night a year alone with no kids, and wet are so glad we spent it here. The place is beautiful, the staff knowledgeable and attendant and the food, wow! So tasty. Maybe a little hot for some palates but just perfect for mine, thank you for a lovely night.

We arrived early and were seated on the lounge to await our table. Staff were attentive, helpful and knowledgeable of the selection. The food was incredible - Fish Tacos were some of the best I've had and the calamari was so fresh and cooked so well you don't need teeth to chew it. Warm olive starter is a must.

The place is ok😔... But it's supposed to be a Latin Restaurant and it is in some ways.. (Deco? Music?) but I have to mention that I am very disappointed about it...I am from South America and I have to tell you that the "CEVICHE" is never ever like what they serve there. My point is the Latin and Spanish food is full of color, ingredients, smell and very tasty .. sorry Guys it is not for me .. I will be continue searching for ..🤷

One of the best restaurant experiences I've ever had. Staff are friendly and very attentive. Food is incredible and comes out timed perfectly. Can't wait to come back!

Really nice vibe and incredibly attentive staff. Food is really good, just small sizes for the price in some cases. Cocktails were a disappointment, especially since they specialise in them. Had a jalapeno and lychee margarita and it didn't taste like anything except salt. Then I tried Fred's sunrise and it was undrinkable with cheap spirit and a taste similar to cleaning product. Red wine choices are questionable. Sangria is very weak, probably could do with some better wine and more fruit. Definitely can be better on the alcohol side, but regardless it was a pleasant experience. Staff really make or break a place and we were wanting for nothing while we dined. However they don't mention when things cost extra. The bill was a little shocking with all the little extras. Would return but might not drink anything except beer.

Amazing food and the service was exceptional

Food tastes great. Staff are nice and always smiling. Highly recommended. We ordered paella, jackfruit taco and fish taco. Definitely we will come back here and try the others in the menu. We went back last weekend (11/4/2021). We ordered the $55/pp set menu. The vegetable salad had too much vinegar. All had hot chilis but not mentioned in the menu. The beef is just average. Generally we were not happy with the food set. But the staff are very nice still and they all have this welcoming smile.

Stumbled across this bar on the way home and was delighted by the drinks and service! Amber behind the bar made a fantastic cocktail and the staff in general were really friendly and enthusiastic. I was a little disappointed that they don't serve Tooheys for beers but the other options were surprisingly good! Would definitely recommend people to stop by and have a drink or two.

The hostess at Frederico’s was so so rude for turning us down saying the place was fully booked. All this in spite of having very few guests at a couple tables since it was the night of the big match at the Gosford stadium. We are NOT stepping there ever again!
