A great meal - Terrific food, super service and a gracious host! We had dinner at Fortune Village Restuarant on Friday night and it really does rate up there with the best. The quality of the food is first rate. The sauces are are not too heavy which really allows the flavour of the main ingredients to shine through. The Fukien Rice was superb and the Tamarind Chicken another stand out. Both highly recommended! Simon is a wonderful host and we really appreciated his suggestions to tweak our order to make for a more balanced meal. We'll be back soon!

We had an amazing dinner thanks to the very helpful and friendly owner. He recommended some delicious dumplings to start with. For mains we had the szechuan lamb, wasabi beef, terriyaki chicken and aubergine. Absolutely delicious!!

Excellent meal last night. Highlight was the Szechuan Chili Beef. Great service, particularly from Simon. Busy place but made to feel welcome and at home. Will be back.
