Didn't think the good old fishnchips could taste so good was nonetheless the menu was a little hard to understand and had to tweek it to my family's needs the establishment had a reno and feels more open plan more welcoming I think

Omg it was amazing cheap for what you get.

Had a little trouble with the person taking our phone order, but the service when I went into pick it up was really good. Got a his and hers pack and it was more than enough for the two of us. Will definitely go back

Food To Expensive and Overated , Would rather eat from the Hangi Pit ANY DAY

Grabbed some dinner for four of us here last night. We ordered a $20pk which consisted of medium chips, four fish and 10 battered mussels. We also ordered gravy and raw fish. The $20 pack was good. The fish and mussels were absolutely beautiful! The batter was lovely and crispy and fish tasted fresh. However, we didn't receive our gravy and the raw fish was probably the worst I've ever tasted (sorry). You might want to re-think your recipe as it was almost inedible. Will stick to making my own from now on.

Ordered battered flake, chips, potato scallops, mussels, 2 burgers and a mussel pie. Pastry was undercooked and doughy, filling lacked flavour. They forgot the flake after I repeated the order three times, chips tasted like they were cooked in dirty oil, potato scallops were dry and tasteless, mussels had no taste like they’d been washed with fresh water, the burger buns were soggy. When I told the young fella the flake was missing he just walked off and never came back or said anything about cooking one never got it. The staff need proper training. Ended up going back to my local Beenleigh Takeaway for a battered flake and it was delicious. 5 stars for that. If I could give this place -1 I would.
