OMG what food this great chef called Steve, cooks.
Every dish or cocktail that is served is absolutely stunning taste wise and presented well.
The only downside is the cheese platter but if you stay away from that you are in heaven. More people need to make a mention about this.
Last night we had bugs, oysters and sashimi for entree
Then we had the Spicy fish and celebration of spice fish fish.
Desert affagato and Toblerone desert cocktail.
Tonight we had lobster bisque, scallops stuffed with prawns and mains were Snowy fish with chips, blue eyed cod, never had a taste sensation like that before and desert was three cheese’s, lava cake and Toblerone cocktail.
The chef, Steve, came to see us and chatted and that made our stay complete. He was so nice and knowledgeable and so happy about the Mahi Mahi he was getting for Friday night for the Snowy fish dish which changes daily with the freshly caught fish.
Never miss this out. The wine list is also great and the staff are very knowledgeable on the wines.
