Y'all gotta try the garlic bread here, its genuinely the best garlic bread I've had in my life! Great service, great vibes and even better garlic bread.

First time there and loved it. The food tastes excellent, generous serve and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

We wanted to try something different from the typical Asian food in Canley Heights, and there it was, in dark black and white, Fabrika standing out in a street off the main road, inviting us in. We went on a rainy, Tuesday night and did not have any troubles getting a table. We ordered three dishes which fed the two of us quite sufficiently. Mixed Grill, Grilled Octopus and Rosemary Bread. We initially wanted the Gypsy Bread but was told they didn't have the bread available to make that item, hence the Rosemary Bread. It turned out to be a good choice though and we thoroughly enjoyed the bread, next time we'll get that Gypsy bread though, provided they have it available. Grilled Octopus was delicious, especially with the butter. Mixed Grill platter ensured we were plenty full, with sausages, chicken and other meats to fill us up. The decor and atmosphere is wonderful and most enjoyable. For dessert, we wanted the Tiramisu, but like the Gypsy Bread, they didn't have any in stock, which was surprising since we were first there for dinner, but also not surprising as it was a quiet Tuesday night. We shall return to try out other items, and if they're unavailable, pick other items in its place!

We had our daughters christening and first birthday at Fabrika by Madera recently and Zorana went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, service impeccable and the atmosphere was amazing! We could not recommend this place more. Thank you to Zorana and the team at Fabrika for an unforgettable day!

Recently visited this wonderful establishment, first off, the decor is a mix of modern/industrial and traditional style. Lovely colours and detailed artworks carefully placed around the restaurant to give it both a homely feel and a distinct modern feel. Our servers were wonderful, attentive and very accommodating for a vegan. I highly recommend their roasted veggies as a side as well as their pastas and their amazing selection of pizzas too! Their drink selection was amazing too! Their sparkling water was different and very delicious. My eating companions had the eye fillet with mushroom sauce and it was delicious for them too, another ordered pork schnitzel and they enjoyed the cheese and prosciutto inside and was very tender. Another companion had the mixed grill plate and was very happy with their choice. The portions were thoughtful and well priced. Overall, the experience was quick, efficient and well-rounded. A delightful little part of Balkan European cuisine in the heart of Western Sydney!

Loved everything we ordered. Parking is a little hard to find, but the restaurant itself is big and pretty inside. We always recommend them to friends!

Had a good time here! It‘s a popular place (based on how busy it was even on a Wednesday night!) We bought a strawberry lime soda (tasted great!) and their meat platter and seafood platter. My personal favourite was the meat platter (loved every bite). On the seafood platter, the potatoes were AMAZING and the salmon was beautifully cooked. I would go again and try their other dishes :)
