Went for dinner on the weekend, which seems to have a few more options, but also comes at a higher price of $98. Definitely won't get your money's worth unless you're a big fan of seafood. The meats and other cuisine aren't bad, a little dry on some, and very salty. Had to chunk down bottles of water afterwards. Large range of tasty desserts, just wish there were more exotic fruits than simple watermelon, oranges and grapes though. Overall not a bad experience but probably just a once off sort of thing, or at least once in a while.

I booked an Afternoon Tea for my daughter’s birthday with 2 friends 1 month prior and we were all looking forward to experiencing the Epicurean food and service, however my experience was far from 5 star. We had 1 hr 15 minutes to enjoy the food and ambience, we were not disappointed with the food our main concern was the lack of service, considering we were restricted to a time to vacate the Restaurant we were not offered any tea, we had to ask at 5pm. At 5.10pm the cleaners worked around our table with a vacuum on his back and we were asked to leave. When we went to pay the bill the charge had changed to $68.00 per person which is not what I had booked, the Front Desk Officer Genea was insistent that I pay the extra as it was a week prior to Easter. I was shocked and disgusted that she was rude, dismissive, and proceeded to inform me that I needed to pay the extra amount which is not what I originally booked. No emails or communication were sent regarding the change instead she kept insisting that it was on the website. Who checks a website once you have booked to see if the establishment increased the price? She had to go back and forth with the Manager who felt that is was not necessary to present himself to the customer, it may not seem a lot $9 per person extra but this was not about the money it was the attitude and how I felt leaving the Epicurean that I was not welcomed or good enough to be there and that I was a major inconvenience . I felt like I was belittled and to be honest it ruined my daughter’s birthday. I work in the customer service industry and would never be that dismissive of a customer whether they are paying for services or not. Two points I would like to make is I don't think you should be able to book 3.45pm for an Afternoon Tea seating rather than you should increase your seating capacity for 3pm for the consumer to get the full benefit of the experience without being rushed and ignored. The other point is someone should inform when the food service will be stopped, we were informed when the bar closes but not food. I am so let down with how we all felt when we left The Crown Towers Epicurean, it was all about how many customers they can squeeze through the Restaurant, no personal or individual service.

Amazing all round, if you're hungry and feel like some excellent quality food and don't mind a slight higher price point that's worth it. Book in and experience the Epicurean. A++

Friendly smile and attentive staff bring the morning buffet to life. Seating is wide and comfort and the place is amazing. Food is not the best but not the worst.

You have to experience it for yourself. Beautiful restaurant great selection of food. Great staff. A wonderful environment to dine. Will be going back again and again. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.

Great Service, amazing food (the oysters and smoked salmon were my favourites). They offer everything antipasto, prawns, crabs, smoked salmon, oysters, breads and dips the the hot food - roast lamb, Turkey with sauces, ravioli, meatballs, potato wedges, the curries and an Asian section with noodles stay chicken. Then on to Dessert - so many options and nice portions so you can try everything. Definitely worth checking out.

Very disappointing, 20 minutes after leaving both my partner and myself had very upset stomachs. Nothing to rave about.

Xcellent with their cleaning from plates off tables to food presentation. Service is outstanding and staff wanted to be there which reflects on their employer. Smorgasbord choice was very good. Yummy sea food arrangements and desert's was very interesting. If you are there for a special accastion then they make a bit of a fuss over you

Great selection of food and extremely fresh seafood. The cocktail menu was filled with variety. The restaurant it's self was beautiful and classy.

Buffet on Friday with 2 hour time limit but we were not advised at time of booking and on website it only mentions the time limit applies to Sunday to Thursday. 😡 Our booking at 6:30 but by 7:40 we were being rushed to finish and by 8pm the staff told us they need the table cleaned for next round of customers. We couldn’t enjoy our dinner ( for friends birthday) and definitely didn’t like being rushed! 😩😩😩
