Great place but liked Campbelltown one betterπ
1st time experience, and it was bad, ordered a falafel roll, ordered tanina only got it the bottom, order their apparent famous garlic sauce, must be so precious I didn't get any and I ordered hummus and didn't get any, roll was toasted which made the bread hard, like why even toast it, like eating old stale bread, no thanks never again I rather eat toast, 1 pickel, like what the hell?!?!?! TOTAL GARBAGE, I actually threw it for the stray cats and rats, but bet they didn't eat it neither.

Tried their signature half chicken plate. Service was fine - there was dine-in space available, probably occasioned by the covid alerts - although the queue for takeaway was a long one. The chicken was served hot but was a bit too dry on this occasion. It was a satisfactory experience, but not as good as it usually is.
Had taken away but food was amazing
they used to be good few years back but now very rude staff. taste has declined. recently they changed their raddish pickle to turnip pickle which tastes so bad. they are so small that they will fight with customers only to change for a salad. RIP customer service. go there when u r in mood of ruining ur day and get insulted. asian lady manager has top notch customer insulting skills.
i am regular customer since 2010. their new pink picke taste so bad. i asked the staff to change it to tabuli. staff said you have to change both green and pink pickle. i only wanted to change pink one. even the rude asian lady manager declined this small change to a 10 years old regular customer. how cheap is this act guys ? and you have ruined your pickle taste (asian lady manager advised that you have chamged the supplier, its bad taste guys). train your staff to be nice to customers.
They give old cold chicken for takeaway! And they keep the hot fresh one for inside the shop customers! And if you ask him for giving you fresh hot chicken, the Man will be very rude.
I love this food and eat here often but was very disappointed today. I ordered food online to pick up at 12pm for the staff and was told on arrival that I had to wait for 15 minutes which was why I pre-ordeder to pick up in the first place. Not very impressive customer service. Several other people who arrived and ordered after me have been served already.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RESTAURANT!! I rang the store due to dry over cooked burnt chicken & chips. I was told to bring it back for a refund. When I arrived the manager 'Alah' was so rude & did not seemed bothered or care at all about how disappointed we were in our experience. He basically said that he doesnβt believe in refunds?!? Although the food was brought back & he can clearly see how burnt & dry everything was. Disgusted at the service provided and lack of interest in trying to help the customer when they were in the wrong. Just shows when you are making that much money the customer care is no longer important! I will not be going back there again. Very disappointed. If managers act like this then how do they expect the employees to behave?? I basically do not trust this place and find that if you canβt act in good faith as a business then you dont deserve to have customers spending money there. Andrew the owner should be more present and get rid of managed like ' Alah ' that give the business a bad name!

Yummy charcoal chicken..Advise to have it hot in the hotel to feel the taste to the core.
