Double Shot Deakin

The chimichanga was wonderful. We went during an extremely busy Sunday lunch rush, and ended up waiting almost half an hour for our order. Would've been better if they asked us when we wanted our coffees, since we'd basically finished them before our food arrived. Food was very nice though, especially with the live music. (EDIT: fixed spelling)

Don’t eat for 3 days... Sit down, enjoy the atmosphere and feast on this delicious menu! Delight in the genuine struggle to pick just one thing on the menu.

Delicious food in a great modern style cafe. Staff are always friendly and never had a bad meal 😊

The service and coffee is always good here. 3 star rating for the Sunday surcharge -$20.10 for two takeaway coffees (1x single shot and 1 double shot, no fancy requests) and a takeaway banana bread (untoasted)

Had lunch today, Easter Saturday, with family from interstate and was very disappointed. We’ve been regular customers for years but so many things went wrong today due to inexperienced staff. Various wrong orders and even one order that never came even though it was brought to the attention of the staff. New staff need to be thoroughly trained and supervised, especially at a busy time like Easter. 😳

I've been here a few times and always have the same issue. The coffee is good but customer service is always abysmal.

Interesting menu especially if you are vegan or vegetarian.
