Bad service, food quality down.

Table 15 9/5/21 My family and me went for dinner Been to this place after 2 yrs ( my earlier review) Made a booking and told them we will come after opening our fast ( Ramadan) around 2030 hrs We were seen shortly and made to sit It took a while for someone to take our order ( i had to call them) Placed our orders and then we wait First dish was chicken chettinad,, medium spicy( i am from taminadu in india) There was no taste , no spice no salt It was rectified subsequently We ordered biryani with our initial order 45 mins , nothing Asked one of the staff about the order who very casually said it will come , did not bother checking by Reminded another person who went in and checked , stillnothing My 10 yr old started crying of hunger and we changed our order When i informed the manager how my daughter was crying and the long wait He smilingly said i have removed it from your bill Sorry sir All with a smile I People keep asking me how the service and food is I. The local hospital where i work I will tell them my experience Never again will I come to Dosa hut You guys just dont care

I went here for dinner last night. 40 minutes to wait for our meal to come out. Curries were placed on the table and then we had to follow up for the rice & walk to the front counter. Ignored for 10 minutes, Mango Lassi ...in a plastic takeaway cup for dinner service???? Very difficult to get waitresses attention. Owner was too busy strutting around. Average Indian food & overpriced for what you get. The toilet was filthy. Why go to a restaurant and pay money when it's not even a nice experience? I should have just cooked at home. I won't be rushing back.

Good food

After visiting multiple Indian restaurants, Dosa Hut didn't meet the standards. The staff had to be told what to bring and to clean the table...After waiting for 30 minutes the starters arrived, the manchurian was drowning in ketchup and sauce and tasted quite plain, ignoring that we waited, the Schezwan Dosa arrived, when we opened it there was a grated piece of chicken, after enquiring about it, the waitress said it wasn't chicken, finally the other staff member agreed and replaced the order. This restaurant requires more staff, however some of the food items are good. I was dissatisfied as I am a regular customer, the last few months the same problems are recurring.(This review is not intended to be offensive as it is an opinion)

Dosahut Wantrina is the best. I had my wedding here and was satisfied with each and every aspect. The hospitality here is very warm. Venue: The best and decent place you can get for the value of your money. Very spacious and is mostly decorated for you. Very minimal decoration makes it look so grand. Food: Very delicious and the menu was set to meet the expectations of each and every guest. Apart from my wedding i went to the restaurant many times the vibe is very good and food is very tasty. Most positive thing about this place is if there is anything wrong you can talk to the management and they react very fast and solve the problem for you. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who want a rich flavourful Indian experience.

This is the best dosa hut I’ve eaten at, we’ve been here a couple times. The biryani is beautiful. Well done. Don’t change the recipe like another dosa hut did and ruined its reputation.

We always have celebrated staff get together here and everytime we come here, the service is excellent. The owner takes good care about how all things are. Must visit place

Finger licking food!! Tried Indo Chinese food nd some tandoori items. They were all out of this world. Thanks Dosa hut!! Great work, great food nd most importantly, good service. Smiling faces of the staff members with amazing food made my dinner party worthwhile. Great great great:)

Tried indo chinese food. It was delicious. Owner is very respectful and staffs were very kind.

Pleasant and efficient staff offering efficient service. Good food quality and portions. The chilli mixed noodles were amazing 😋

Great food, great serve sizes and very warm friendly staff. The party area is awesome and great for a small sized party. Highly recommend.

Visited this place for dinner on 06 May 2021. Badly organised place. No arrangement to receive customers. Very noisy in the kitchen. Music was too loud. Quality of food was below average. Not a quality Indian restaurant. Manager and staff were very grumpy. Manager was arrogant and turned very hostile when feed back was given. Told us not to speak if we do not know the true picture. Told us it is OK if we do not visit them again. They have enough customers otherwise, and they are very busy with current customers. Not recommended for customers with self respect! If you are looking for good Indian food and customer service go elsewhere.

Visited Dosa Hut on 6/5/21. Worst experience ever.! The food has sugar in everything. Blaring music on a loop - gave me a migraine. A couple on the next table got up and walked away. On giving the feedback to the manager - he began to’ attack us’. Before you run a business learn to treat people with dignity and respect! He said he got plenty of orders online so to say that he did not care. Would never ever step into that place 👎again. Customer service at its lowest!👎. Not recommended at all! Better to go without food than visit this place!

I have been here quite a few times. Every time they never fail to come up to my expectations. Nice and thoughtful staff. The best place to have the Indian food. Very neat and tidy place. Must recommend everyone to go with family and have some quality time. Very cooperative and lovely staff. Everyone is so welcoming ❤️

Really friendly staff and food was really amazing. We asked to make our food spicier and they did it perfectly.
