Best cafe in existence.

Plenty of good reviews so may have been unlucky, ordered their big breakfast with potato Rosti which tasted fishy and didn’t eat it. Otherwise the coffee is great and staff are nice.

Unfortunately our experience today was extremely disappointing. The avocado was brown (clearly not made today), the garnish was still frozen and the burger was undercooked. The ambience of the place is gone. I can only assume that Todd is no longer the owner as previously it was 10/10.

Good food, large portions (special at $17.99 was more than I could eat), excellent coffee (small size), fantastic personal service and a great menu with plenty of choices. Tons of seating outside and even the bathroom was nice. Bonus that it is a 30 second walk from Murrumbeena station.

Great team, polite and courteous. Easy to park..slightly overdone corn fritters but still tasty.

Their coffee is exquisite! even though I moved suburbs I still visit as often as I can. Everything is absolutely delicious, their pastries, bagels and large breakfasts (can’t go wrong with the pulled pork Benny) 🤤

First time coming here. Disappointed, when asked what we would like to drink I asked for a water jug and glasses for the table of three, to be told by the waiter that they had no glasses for the water, but my friends ordered a coffee and a juice..in a glass? So sat there without water until I asked again 20 minutes later and they finally had a glass available for water? Once we had finished our meal I had ordered a hot drink which never arrived and it is hard to catch the waiters attention as they never look at you or ask if you require anything. Half hour before closing ordered a jam donut but was advised the kitchen was closed. Then asked a different waiter 10 minutes later and yes kitchen is still open to order a donut? And upon paying needed to check if I was charged for a drink that never came which was on the bill. Overall just poor service.

First time coming here and it definitely has that homie feeling :) My partner and I had a Creamy Chicken Curry and it was amazing, only downside was the jasmine rice was very overcooked (almost a porridge consistency) so we ordered a sourdough on the side, but other than that i would’ve given this place a 5 star… friendly service, coffee… AMAZING and that curry was Mmm,Mmmm,Mmmm!
