The most authentic and delicious Japanese restaurant on the Gold Coast. Family owned and operated so the flavour and experience is consistently excellent - the chef used to work for the Japanese Embassy. This is where Japanese people come to get a taste of home.

Impressed food, great service, must come back. I only took this photo but definitely recommend to everyone who loves Japanese food.

Each meal and entree had personality to it, small perfect Imperfections that made the meal have a unique and homemade quality to it. Chicken perfectly cooked and seasoned, the rice had a great consistency to go with the Japanese curry and the karaage not too crunchy but not too soggy. All for a really decent price too. I highly recommend this cozy place for a great traditional Japanese meal. I'd definitely travel from Brisbane down to GC again for it

Hidden gem. Delicious quality authentic Japanese meals. Sapporo Premium beer on tap. Lots of home made specialties that you won't get anywhere else. If you want to treat a family or friend (& yourself) this is the place.

Delicious food and sake, and friendly wait staff. They were very accommodating of us - we brought a birthday cake for one of our party and they presented it beautifully at the end.
