Conveniently located when driving to the city or airport to get your car cleaned quickly.

I have been seriously impressed with this place over the last few months. A few months ago I signed up to the unlimited car wash package. Today I had a really unfortunate experience where I stepped in dog poo and unknowingly took it in to my car getting it all over the floor mats and pedals. After taking the car to Crystal it was cleaned without question and no fuss was made. Can not recommend these guys enough. Thank you so much!

A good place for a quick wash. But if you are after proper wash and clean, I wouldn't say my experience was outstanding. I asked for the signature wash and interior waxing, but the inner section of the doors were not properly cleaned. I would go to this place again for quick wash, but less likely for a thorough wash and clean

Appauled by this place. The machine tore off a plastic piece of my car which I walked in and retrieved after the wash. I told the staff what had happened and there was no regard or care. I was told "it was going to happen anyway". I was then offered a full interior clean as compensation and when I got the car back it looked like no one had even attempted to clean anything... If you value your car, do not take it here.

No complaints from me. Car was clean. Though COVID-19 sanitation protocols seem to be lacking a bit? More BAU in that regard.

They were fast even though the place was full. Cleaned well, including spots under the back window, inside doors...also vacuumed interior well.

Great place to drop in a wash your dog. Don't forget to bring cash though

I am so impressed with the service and high level of integrity I expereienced yesterday at the Northbrdge Crystal Car wash...not only did they do a briliant job cleaning and vaccuming the car's exterior and interior, they found $50 cash that was trapped under the seat and left it in the consol....so happy to know that honesty is still alive..thank you to the staff responsible I am so grateful.
