Ordered a pizza and website said it would take 40 mins, it took more than 1 hour 10 mins to arrive, call tje shop and operator says "that is nothing I can do for you" really? Terrible service
Was quoted 60 mins for delivery online (can only see delivery time after order has been placed) It’s currently 100 mins and no pizza. Keep calling them but it says user busy and can’t get through. At this stage, I don’t know if I am getting my pizza because they are uncontactable!
Ordered 12 pizzas on 31st, quoted 45 mins and guess what got delivery in 35-40 mins. Wasn't expecting this early as maybe it's the busiest night for them. Quality 10/10, service 10/10. Good on you guys, keep up the good work you guys are doing. Happy new year!!!

Ordered 8 pizzas on-line and informed of a 60 min wait. 75 min later no pizza. I called and spoke to staff who had no idea what happened to my order. It’s 8:30pm and 14 girls have to wait another 20-30 min for dinner. Seriously, RB Crust, get it together 😠
