Been coming this place now and then and it's always been the same. No air con and menu is a bit of a rip off. 12 nuggets will set you back a cool $10 here. Maccas/KFC usually do double this for the same price range.

Went there today with my 2 kids. The baby area is very ordinary with store bought baby toys that need a good clean, the flooring in the toddler area is lifting and found it very unsafe as my toddler tripped over it, the play equipment all round needs some maintenance and a good clean, save your money and go and spend it at another play centre.

Great place for little ones to hangout. Best for birthday parties.

Dirty, poorly maintained chaos. We visited for a children's birthday party and were disappointed. My main gripes are the lack of cleanliness and lack of care put into the facility but I was also disappointed with the general layout of the play equipment and food service. We were there for 2 hours and noted a dirty table wasn't cleaned the whole time we were there. The 'baby' area comprises of a few broken toys that have black grime all over them. The toddler area is ok, the bouncy castle is a plus but the gate latch is broken and at times this 'under 4' area was packed full of unsupervised kids well over 4 knocking the little ones down. They just let themselves in through the broken gate. The main play area is pretty well just slides, a ball/air cannon area, a giant inflatable crocodile thing which is covered in patches and a scooter/trike track that circles the playground. This design flaw is mind blowing - you can't access the playground without crossing a painted road with kids racing scooters along. I'm amazed more kids aren't injured. The ball area looks like it would gave been good when it worked. There were about 7 gross foam balls left in the entire area. The basket didn't tip and the vacuum to the basket blew instead of sucked. There are balls in the main Cafe area and stuck behind the toddler bouncy castle. Wouldn't be hard to pick up but the this is just another sign of the management giving up on this place. The food range isn't great and is expensive compared to other play cafes. My feeling of this place is that whoever is in charge has lost motivation and they seem only interested in churning out as much money as they can from birthday parties. It wouldn't be hard to make this place good - a bit of care and attention and some money spent repairing and replacing broken parts. Given the admission price I don't really get the problem. Other play cafes are able to make it work. My last gripe is that this place is a covid nightmare. I get kids play equipment is hard to clean but the party rooms are tiny and jammed full of parents and kids.

Really expensive compared to when it first opened also look like they don’t clean the equipment or floors or bathrooms at all can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like probably won’t be back in favour of some where more hygienic looks like they are going out of business and have just stopped caring about running it properly no management what so ever. Really sad considering this place was amazing.

From what use to be a great play for the kids to play I can without hesitation say that is not the case anymore! We were there from 10am so quite early and the place was filthy! Dust all over floors, tables dirty and sticky, socks laying around on the floor, toilet rolls empty, the jumping castle is definitely in need of repairs!! And lastly the small balls that are for shooting etc are disgusting! Need to be replaced ASAP!!!

I came here with my son, because I hadn't been here before and thought it would be nice to go somewhere different. Well, I won't be coming here again. The place was so appallingly filthy. More tables that were dirty than there were clean, and so much food and rubbish on the floor. And when I first walked in, it smelt like wee. I could half understand all this if it was a weekend and super busy, but there was hardly anyone in here. The selection of food was poor too. Sorry, but don't recommend.

Very poor service, dirty and rude staff. Haven't been here for over a year and so much has changed The girls are so rude and don't care one bit around whats happening. Very poor service. When we arrived the tables were so dirty, waited 30 mins for a coffee when it wasn't that busy and all the staff do is stand around and talk to each other., Was such a nice place when it first opened and now the service and quality has gone 100% down.
