I have been a member here for 6 years now, have gifted 5 memberships and still believe it’s worth every penny. We have saved some serious dollars over the years. Vast selection of branded goods at remarkably cheaper pricing. I enjoy purchasing gifts for friends and family that they haven’t seen before, meat selection is amazing and always tastes on point, children’s consumables and all the essentials required are here. In store demonstrations, unique clothing and brands of household items. Returns process is very easy, incredibly dedicated staff, friendly, welcoming, extremely knowledgeable. When unsure they seek help. If I was to say where they could improve it would be surrounding access to trolleys on weekends and keeping an eye on the situation in the car park. Although patrons have caused this obstruction, the trolleys belong to Costco and maybe need to be bought up to the G level over the weekends. (referring to photo).

A good friend was kind enough to bring us there and boy, we spent close to 3 hours perusing each aisle with amazement ! The many photos taken did not do justice to what we experienced! Needless to say, we walked out a trolley full of shopping. There are some stalls for food tasting and a cafe selling affordable snacks! Cant go wrong there!

A clean and originates branch. It is much better than Epping branch. Generally staffs are friendly and helpful but sometime you can’t come across unpleasant and bossy specially at entrance gate.

Rudest stuff in Victoria！！！！Most of times I went there with family we were unhappy because of rude and unfriendly staff and some of them are racist. I paid my membership to get groceries, not to get yelled and discipline by your arrogant stuff. Never had any problems with the stuff at Dockland and Moorabbin Costco, they are friendly and helpful.

They have the best meat, Tender and so tasty : CHRISTMAS STOCK IS ALWAYS LOVELY AT COSTCO

Wonderful prices

Costco is an ideal store as it offers good deals, it's even better if you have a family because most of the items are sold in bulk so you don't have to keep on visiting the shops repeatedly. There is a variety of goods in Costco like clothes, food, appliances, hearing-aids, glasses and much more. However to shop at Costco you need to be a member. The membership fee is $55 annually , you might think that it's a waste of money but you actually save loads. Costco also facilitates private covered parking for your vehicle, Costco Wholesale Ringwood is located right beside Eastland. One great thing about Costco is that there are lots of tasting stations so you can taste new items, there is also a cafeteria where you can purchase Pizza, French-Fries, Hot-Dog, Ice-Cream, Bubble Tea and lots more. There are lots of positives about Costco however the staff is not that great. Overall Costco is a great store with a wide range of items at a low price.
