I went to this spectacular place. impeccable in all its aspects service quality and price ... very friendly staff and good breakfast and lunch options .. my only complaint is not being able to go there every day. Love the week specials

Food is actually really appetising and flavoursome, coffee is good, but service and knowledge on food products could be better.

Came here for lunch and they have such a great selection of menu items, it has left me wanting to come back and try everything! It is an all day breakfast menu, along with a lunch menu. The portions are a good size.

I’ve been coming to Copo for a few years now and it has always delivered quality well sized and hearty breakfast/lunch menus. Sure you pay a premium but it’s always been worth it. The staff are always friendly and attentive. With the advent of Covid I have noticed a drop in the quality of their food offer. For instance I’ve noticed portion sizes have reduced, and for the first time I returned a stale cake. Unfortunately the replacement was not much better. Again I take my hats off to the staff who continue to deliver a good service under trying circumstances.

We had heard good reviews however the experience was anything but good when we went this morning. The experience with the the staff specially at the entry and at the time of payment was something that one wishes to be nice but in this incident it was totally the opposite. The invoice they gave me had things added which were not even ordered. Thankfully i checked the invoice or else i would have paid for someone else's order. My kids asked for the colouring kit which they charged $4.5 each, this is after one of my kids got it free just two days back. When we explained this to the person over the counter, they became aggressive. The least you would want is a friendly and well mannered staff when you go to a cafe. No matter how the food is, it's the people who run it make the most difference. Not an experience that one wants to have in the morning. Even though i stay next door, we are not going there and certainly not recommending this cafe to anyone we know.

Great place to have brunch at on a weekend. We had the Spanish egg and sausage. Highly recommend it. Staff are friendly. Just had to wait a bit for the table. Multiple parking spaces available next to the cafe

It was an aesthetically appealing place that has been decorated well. Quite spacious and the service was adequate. The drinks were nice but the coffee size seems a little smaller when served in a eat in cup. My friends quite enjoyed their meals however I did find my karaage chicken burger a bit too salty where it almost tasted of fish. The chips however were nice and well textured.
