Fantastic place for a meal. Great selection on the menu.

Good atmosphere meals were pretty good. The staff seemed a bit rushed however were friendly. Certainly was nice sitting and soaking up the sun watching people pas by.

Absolutely amazing food!! We came as a company, NZ, and ate here for a few weeks catered. Adam, the manager, is excellent at what he does. Thanks so much for the wonderful service

Not a great review today. They were having technical issues but I still think waiting an hour and twenty minutes for a meal is way too long. My two fellow dners received their meal at the one hour 10 minute wait mark but still nothing for me. Waited an extra 10 minutes and then asked for a refund which was given promptly but without apology. Will not be returning or recommending the Commercial Hotel to any of my friends or family. Perhaps more staff and a back up plan for when things go wrong would be helpful.

Edit: The meals were delicious. Plates were locked clean. Absolutely great service from everyone, especially Adam. He walked over as I was taking a selfie and offered to take a photo of all of us. Just absolutely outstanding service and delicious food. Came early on the morning with the family and we all ordered coffee. He was a bit busy so he made my hot chocolate on the house. Great service and delicious drinks.
