Yes, Chris is correct, not open to the public on the days there is a game on UNLESS you are a ticket holder for that day, then cafe is open, with a different menu. Otherwise if you are walking over the bridge, or walking around come upstairs ( use the lift or steps) for a delicious meal, or just a coffee
Went in for a refreshment during a walk. Great views, really lovely and friendly staff. We only had drinks but will be going back for food next time.

We had a great breakfast here a few months ago and beautiful hot drinks. The staff were lovely and the view was great. Loved it! Went there this morning 22/5 and it wasn't open. We were disappointed as the eggs bene was delicious.
Not only don’t they know that stronger tea typically has more “leaves” than normal tea (unless I wait a lot longer to drink it), the staff obviously think I’m an idiot and treated me as such. 17/4/21 09:15. The view is a great but my review is for the poor service & attitude; at the other end of the spectrum.
Great breakfast, even better view. Only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the nearest parking.
First time here. Went for coffee with friends. Staff very welcoming. Coffee was good. The view stunning. Good place to chill and take in the view.

Coffee with a view is back. Following the Australian Governments advice, the City View Café is open from Monday 18 May. Stop in for breakfast or lunch when your visiting Optus Stadium or Stadium Park with family and friends. The City View is located on the river side of Optus Stadium near Gate D in Burswood. A short stroll from East Perth, the Matagarup Bridge and Perth Stadium Station (trains only stop on weekends).
