We attended this restaurant as part of a private function last night. Staff were incredible (and hilarious). The food was delicious. I am coeliac and meals were catered to meet that need. Looks very low key but I was very impressed with this small little restaurant. When we are in Wollongong again, we will definitely be visiting.

A charming authentic Italian restaurant that does Italian dishes mighty well. Who knew a lasagne or a parpadelle dish could give you a food-gasm?! Not only this, I really like the gentleman who served us (I can only assume he is the owner). He clearly has a lot of pride in his dishes and spoke with a lot of enthusiasm about the bread mix and olives being imported from Sicily, and boy did it taste good! We enjoyed the Nero D'avola wine so much that we bought a bottle to take back to Sydney. Nothing but praises for this restaurant. We are only in the Gong for a short getaway, but we will be back. Update: the bottle of Nero D'avola wine did not make it back to Sydney.
