Cha-Da Thai Restaurant Padbury

We have been regular customers of Cha-Da Thai for over a year, but not any longer. The food was good, but the delivery time is consistently very long. Final straw was delivering an incomplete order and then completely ignoring our multiple requests for a credit or refund for the undelivered dish. Looking at the other reviews, we are not an isolated case. Choose some place else that values customer service.

I had the Exotic seafood and some veggie noodles. The veggie one hardly had any veggies, but the Exotic was the best Asian meal I have ever had, well done.

Great food and really great value for money!

Good green curry, wonton soup, decent pad Thai, nice curry puffs. Delivery has improved: had a way too slow delivery experience about 18 months ago; every time in past year or so has been on time or slightly early, so that’s good.

Great Tom yum. Very tasty dishes. Very reasonable prices.

Food was average in general.... I would have stayed quiet..... but I ordered 1 dish with Minced meat instead of sliced and no onions..... I asked 3 times if they got it and they agreed ...... I got heavy onions and thick chopped meat....... Thought it was worth a try once but I won't be a repeat client.... will just stick to the local. Service lacked any interest but I don't usually care about it if the food is how I asked. They just want you to pay and leave . Easy come easy no go.

worst delivery experience i think i've ever had. we waited an hour and a half for our food before it said it had been delivered which it hadn't and when we called they said the food was on it's way, about 20 minutes later we called again and they said the food had just gone in the oven. they seemed confused about where to deliver the food and i'm not convinced they started making it until we called back the second time. they also refused to refund our order and were quite rude about it. i'd never order from here again particularly as there was no apology for a 2 hour long plus wait for food that never came.

Do not order from Cha-Da Thai. Ordered via Deliveroo, waited over 2 hours, rang restaurant twice only to be told " it's one the way", but never delivered. Then they said it was delivered in App. Having an ongoing dispute to resolve as they have stolen my $60 as no refund is offered.
