Great food and customer service. The goat and butter chicken were amazing! Fresh naans and yummy desserts. Friendly staff which makes dining out with a little one easy!

My hubby once did take away and we liked the taste so visited again for our dinner take away. We ordered 2 butter chicken with 4 naans same as last time but this time I presented 10 percent coupon which was given last time take away order. The girl in the front didn't know what to do so asked to the guy (looks like either manager or owner) who was busy to put a incense and do some kind of religious practice. They guy then told us we won't get the rice if we use the coupon. I asked how much is the rice and he said it is about 5 dollars. Why do they even give and promote 10 percent if you are going to take out same amount off the take away food? I got 10 percent worth of charge but as well as the rice which was part of the food. So technically there was no discount at all. Also the girl asked me to wait for 40 mins which made my eyes open wide and she corrected 30 mins. Then the guy next to her said 20 mins. There was no customer in the restaurant but 2 take away(Uber kinda)orders in front of me. I received food exactly in 22 mins. They rather better be kind and honest to current customer than doing his religious act since the business can have more customer by being nice to current customer so then they can spread good words. Maybe he disagree and is happy to save 50c worth of rice in his pot. I still give 2 star rather than 1 because there was no problem in food. And we have been given another coupon although we are not sure if we would visit there again.

I enjoyed my experience here. Food was ok but nothing amazing. I did very much enjoy the butter chicken though.

Fabulous authentic Indian food in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Delightful staff make you very welcome and want you to enjoy your visit. Spotlessly clean restaurant. Highly recommended. 😃

If you are looking for authentic Indian food, Castle Taj is a place to go. The owner Sumit is so humble. Love their service. The food is scrumptious and very well presented. I would definitely recommend this place to all Indian food lovers.

Went here for a party few days ago. The food was good, very authentic Indian. The staff was quite receptive. There's ample space here. I spoke to the head chef a few times - he hardly smiled and was always carrying a "why-bother-me" face (Indian hotel owners do that often to fellow Indians). I asked him water a few times to which his scornful reply was, "it should be there at that table" and I told him, "It is NOT there which is why I am asking you". I am being rational and still giving a 4/5 because of the food and rest of the table staff, I think that's what matters for most. Edit: in response to the owner's response to my review -- I am deleting that part of the review which s/he thought had a racist undertone. I hope my message is conveyed and the restaurant acts on such employees. But because of the behaviour I was confronted with, I am never going to visit this restaurant again.

Love this place it’s our go-to Indian restaurant, the food is always tasty and the staff and service is good, we’ve never had a bad experience here, highly recommend

This is a great local restaurant and one we keep coming back to on a regular basis. Food is always fresh and the service excellent. The Indo Chinese entree I order is always delicious - Gobi Manchurian - vegetarian and gluten free. My son loves the naan bread, cheese and keema and we love all the seafood dishes. Always convenient parking underneath and reasonably priced.
