Went here for dinner not expecting too much given Cargo is more known for drinks. Ordered the poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised! Dish was fresh and the salmon was cooked to perfection - not over cooked and the char grill gave it a great smokey flavour. Presentation was great too! Would definitely order again if I’m back here for a feed!

Love this place! The music is amazing, there are always awesome DJs playing. The staff serve you straight away and they are all so friendly - especially Gabby the manager, she's the best! She greets everyone with a smile and makes sure everyone is taken care of. Also, they have fantastic jello shots which taste delicious 😋

Wow, where do i start . . I attended a private function for a friends birthday. We had organised and paid for a bar tab also. So the bar staff was heavily focused on the guests next to our function area whom were not in a private function nor had a bar tab and aggressively avoided our private function obviously to save money on the tab we paid for. We were all unhappy with the service and the 25 minute wait to get a drink and when we asked to get either 2 drinks for ourself or get a second drink for a friend so multiple people didn't have to wait lining up for a drink we were told we were not allowed. One bar staff member was particularly arrogant and he was not at all interested in serving us. The manager down stairs was notified by a friend of the poor service yet nothing was done about it. 100% will not return and will make sure none of my friends or family ever book another function here. We were walking by and heard some awesome music coming from inside. Heard the end of a “band with no name” they were great. Good vibes overall in the place. Hard to tell if it was the venue or the music but we really enjoyed.

Booked an event with these guys and the service was unreal!! Exceptional staff service, especially from the manager Chris. Very friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Food was amazing. Highly recommend and will definitely be booking again after the amazing experience they served us!!

Nice location, overlooking darling harbour. Food was decent. I liked fried cheese jalapeno (don't know the dish name as it was ordered by someone before I arrived). Sweet potato fries were nice and crunchy. We were luck to get first floor balcony with view of darling harbour.
