As always Carboni's never ceases to amaze. This visit I was with a friend and we tried the Taste of Italy banquet $59per person. Consisted of 12 of the best selling dishes served over 3 courses. Only negative was I couldn't finish all of my dishes, one slice of pizza beat me! Fantastic value for money and def recommend a visit for anyone who appreciates good authentic Italian food.

Great Italian food, but should work on training their wait staff on business savviness and customer satisfaction. Arrived at 5:15pm with a reservation for 2 and was given a table outside. Asked to be seated inside but was denied as “we have other bookings coming in and you can’t eat in 45 mins”. “We can’t seat you at a table less than 1:45hrs before the next booking”. They found a table for us after we agreed to complete our meal within an hour they. If we weren’t as famished as we were, we would have left. The food arrived swiftly and I must say that it sure was tasty. The pizza was light and flavourful and the lamb in the Ragu was so tender, it went perfectly with the light and springy pasta. Having to plead for a table certainly wasn’t pleasant but the food was tasty. Will give the benefit of the doubt and attribute it to an inexperienced waiter. Can’t believe a tip was requested when paying, the nerve. PS: Ate, paid and left within 45 minutes 🤙🏼

Amazing , Fantastic, traditional Italian food. Thank you Leonardo for you amazing hospitality and service , i brought my parents for an early mothers day , and we had an unforgettable lunch. We had the banquet taste of Italy . Sensational ! See you soon.

We drove up to Ballarat from Melbourne for a birthday lunch and were pleasantly surprised with Carboni’s. The food was great, the cocktails delicious and the staff friendly as well as attentive. Highly recommended.
