A local institution since 98 for good reason. Modern bright decor, friendly professional staff, timely service, delicious nutritious fresh tasty food, and a broad menu to keep everyone happy. Recently I've enjoyed breakfast and dinner here, feeling welcome, relaxed and comfortable with friends and family. The kids love the play area out front too! Definitely recommended. Planning to return for a 2-person slab pizza soon!!! Thank you :)

The service was Excellent and the was food was excellent, the salad was so much better than the last time we came. The staff were so nice. Everything was so good. We never stay for desserts but the pancakes were a beautiful.

This place NEVER EVER lets me down!! We only have a short time to eat because we have a disabled child and only get 1 night a week to do it, we went in, they were fully booked & they still took us in as long as we were done before 7pm (it was only 5.30pm) Their food is ALWAYS SPOT ON 👌🏼, price is awesome! Service is second to none! I had Minestrone soup and One of their Watermelon, Apple & more juice, soooo good! We watched the staff do laps making sure that the customers were all looked after, ✅check! and clearing tables ✅check, & checking the server for food to be served ✅check!, they were awesome machines to watch and all so happy to serve and talk to you. We will always be back here!! Thankyou for giving us somewhere we can rely on! 5⭐ ALWAYS!

Not bad. Is what it is. The noise is Unreal when it's busy. Almost too much. Tucker was good. Came out quick too considering how busy they are.

Great service, the food is high quality. Southwest chicken burger is amazing.

I’m probably like others who still think of Primo as a cheap and cheerful pasta chain but their vastly improved menu and sharp decor belies this earlier impression. It’s more expensive too, but the vegan pizza we had was one of the best in the city. The vegan menu is pretty substantial with burgers, pasta, pizza and other sides etc. We also had a surprisingly delish green veg bowl which was tossed in a tangy oil and was actually really good too. The decor was tasteful and stylish and the staff were attentive. Great experience!

Nice clean restaurant. No table service but your order will be brought to your table. Milkshakes are very good. Had the pizza and schnitzel cheese burger. Burger was awesome but the pizza not so nice. Too much tomato based sauce.

Good service, lighting pretty dull and drinkware very outdated and covered in scratches. Meals exceeded expectations and cooked to perfection. Complemented chef many times, highly recommend for family outing rather than a date night
